These handcrafted cases and accessories are not made to protect your phone or device, but made mainly in the sense of fashion and aesthetics. Therefore, any charms or stones will eventually come off over time, due to wear and tear, especially in situations where the case/accessories are gathered into a small or tight space/pocket or even against any objects that can possibly leave harsh scratches/abrasions on the surface of your case and/or cause any charms to snap off, when tugged or pushed. If your case/accessories are thrown or dropped, some of the decor may possibly break and/or come off.

Instructions On How To Clean Luxury Cases:

• Remove the case from your phone - Always take off the case before cleaning to prevent any damage to your device.
  

• Mix a gentle cleaning solution - Combine lukewarm water and a few drops of mild dish soap in a bowl.
  

• Clean the case - Using a soft brush, gently scrub the case and the crystals to remove dirt and grime. Do not soak! Use a microfiber cloth to gently wipe any excess, be careful to make sure no rhinestones or charms get stuck on the cloth.
  

• Aftercare - Don’t ever pull on any of the stones or charms. If it comes to it, you may use the E6000 glue included with your case, to reattach any fallen stones or charms. Lastly, you can leave the case out to air dry, avoid leaving it exposed out in extreme temperatures or direct sunlight to help preserve the integrity of the structure of the case, rhinestones and adhesive.

Instructions on How To Clean Resin Cases:

• Clean the case - You can gather a soft microfiber cloth or a gentle brush and use lukewarm water with soap, clorox wipe or even an alcohol pad to help clean any residue or grime off your resin case. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could scratch or degrade the resin surface. Please be gentle when cleaning your resin phone case as you can leave some scratches. Use another microfiber cloth to wipe off any left behind water marks, or a lint roller to pick up any dust.

• Aftercare - Do not leave your phone case in direct sunlight or excessive heat for prolonged periods of time as it can soften the silicone and heat up the resin and its materials, causing the resin to soften and may suffer irreparable damage such as warping, pooling, or indentations while it's still soft. If any hair or lint can be seen on the case, use tape.
